In my recent tenure at Epic Games/Psyonix, I played a pivotal role in the success of the world renowned video game franchise Rocket League. I started as the lone video producer, took on the challenge of building the video production department from scratch, and ascended to the position of Video Production Director. I orchestrated and steered the creative strategy and video direction for a multitude of products and titles such as Rocket League, Fortnite, Rocket League Sideswipe, Rocket Racing, and other partners like Star Wars, Pixar Cars, Jurassic World, and Stranger Things.

My journey showcases a proven ability to build and lead dynamic teams, implement efficiencies in processes and pipelines, and foster an environment that encourages innovation and excellence. A key focus as a leader, has been and always will be to forge real connections with the people I work with and empower them to do what they do best.
